More Clash!
Aidan’s all right. I’m not crazy about the Inferno faction. It’s got great elite units in both Succubi and Nightmares but I don’t usually use any elites, so that doesn’t help me much. On the other hand, I often feel like Pit Fiends are the best champion units in the entire game, so there’s that. Aidan’s hero spell is usually pretty useless to me. It’s won me the match once or twice when I just so happened to have a lot of walls built up in front of a weakness in the opponents defenses… but that’s a pretty specific situation to find oneself in, so I usually don’t use it at all. I guess it would be useful in situations where I’ve built up too many walls and want to clear them all away, but again, it’s pretty uncommon for that to occur. Banking on it just seems silly. I prefer Jezebeth or Azexes.
Aidan’s chapter is fun, though, because you get that artifact that gives you extra moves. Oh, speaking of which, I tend not to use artifacts in multiplayer too much because of how wildly out of balance they throw the whole game, so any opinions I have about the different factions isn’t really taking artifacts into account.
